LTC: LTC has been put under alert

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert as follows:

- Issuer: Low Current - Telecom JSC
- Stock code: LTC
- Effective date: 21/4/2015
- Reason: Profit after tax of the Holding company year 2014 in consolidated audited FS 2014 are negative, which is under alert case as per Point 1.4, Item 1, Article 12 of the Listing Regulation.
