Work starts on US$187.8 million urban area

Construction work began in urban area on the coast of Ha Long Bay in the northern province of Quang Ninh on March 10.

 

The 18-hectare project, with an investment capital of VND4 trillion (U$S187.8 million), will include 70 three-storey villas, a 35-storey building and a trade and service centre.

The project will be built by Quang Ninh Urban Development Company Ltd. and is scheduled to be completed by 2020. It will house living accommodation and work places for nearly 4,000 people.
