Ha Noi district to have new residential area

Ha Noi's People's Committee has granted an additional 5.7ha in the outlying district of Ha Dong to Trung Viet Investment JSC to build a new residential complex.

The newly acquired land, located in Phu Luong, Phu La and Kien Hung wards, brings the total area of the residential complex to 34ha.

The residential complex will allocate 43 per cent of its area, or 157,000sq.m, for the construction of 16 apartment blocks, 295 semi-detached houses and 195 villas.

The total value of the investment has not yet been revealed.

According to business news site CafeF, the people's committee requires the company to start construction within 12 months after the turnover of the land.

Over the past few years, Ha Dong District has built 16 residential areas and dozens of apartment blocks.
