BCEL-KT boosts skill development in share trading

BCEL-KT securities company is focusing on skill development for business units and its own employees in share trading and brokerage, aiming to improve its relationship with its customer base.

The ‘Build Your Clients for Life' training course was held over the course of last weekend, running for two days from December 6-7 in Vientiane.

Taking part were the firm's clients, including large business owners and representatives from leading companies in Laos.

The objective of the training course was to boost the skills of business units and BCEL-KT employees and further the firm's relationship with its customers and provide sustainable and dependable services.

The seminar allowed participating business operators and the firm's employees to share their skills and experiences whilst learning from some highly experienced trainers from Thailand.

BCEL KT operates under the BCEL group, with the defined role to help promote the development of the capital market in Laos.

The firm established its operations in complex securities and has a developed a name for its reliable services in the field, while its personnel also have experience in financial consulting, securities selling, assurance services and securities trading and brokerage.

BCEL-KT was the first securities company in Laos. It is a joint venture between BCEL Bank and KT-Zemico of Thailand.

The company currently serves as the chief financial consultant and share seller for two of the three listed companies on the Lao Securities Exchange. It also serves as a financial consultant to five other companies in Laos.

BCEL-KT holds a dominant position in the share brokerage field in Laos and has done for the three years of the burse's operations. This year it holds more than a 90 percent market share in Laos.

This development shows it continues to maintain and grow the quality of its services and establish itself as a reliable information provider to both domestic and foreign customers.

This year, the company also received recognition as the best financial advisory brand in Laos and best securities brokerage house in Laos.

BCEL-KT also provides important information about securities education to local people and business units in Laos, aiming to encourage Lao people to increase their understanding about the opportunities and risks in share market trading.
