Vientiane New World Shopping Plaza shop houses for sale

Vientiane New World Shopping Plaza held a VIP customer investment seminar for interested clients wishing to buy shop houses for selling goods at the modern shopping facility in the centre of Vientiane last Friday, with several hundred interested domestic and foreign traders in attendance.

General Manager of CAMCE Investment (Lao) Company Limited, Mr Luke Lee, Managing Director of Krittiphong Group Company Limited, Ms Orlathay Santikhongkha and other senior company staff were also present at the event.

The successful seminar was well attended and filled with many investors from foreign countries participating in the event. The developer, CAMCE Investment (Lao) Co., Ltd released 15 sets of high-quality shop houses which investors rushed to snap up and sparked the sales of the commercial property.

Clients who visit the construction site and pay a deposit will get a larger discount. As this seminar was the first formal presentation to clients, the developer provided investors with the best investment opportunities by offering substantial discounts.
