IMP: IMEXPHARM issues new shares

Imexpharm Corporation announced the result of issuing new shares for raises charter capital from owners’ equity:

-         Charter capital: 152,145,000,000 dongs

-         Number of outstanding shares: 14,914,500 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 300,000 shares

-         Stock type: Common stock

-         Stock symbol: IMP

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Estimated issue volume: 1,491,450 shares

-         Purpose: for raise charter capital from the owners’ equity

-         Record date: October 18, 2012

-         Ex-right date: October 16, 2012

-         Estimated date of issue: November 08, 2012

Result:

-         Imexpharm Corporation distributed 1,491,310 new shares to 1,264 shareholders

-         The issued share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (if any) will be cancelled.
