KBC: Loan from subsidiary

The Board resolution dated December 05, 2022, the BOD of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation approved to borrow capital from subsidiary – Sai Gon – Bac Giang Industrial zone Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND200,000,000,000.
