-          Estimated payment amount: VND605,000,000,000

-          Conditions and terms: in accordance with the prospectus dated 12/30/2016 and the bond purchase and swap agreement dated 12/30/2016 between Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV)

-          Debt payment sources: from the debt collection of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company and from the source from production and business activities.

-          Estimated payment time: within 10 days from the announcement date.
