ERA Real Estate Vietnam unveils local franchise brands

ERA Real Estate Vietnam has inked a deal to offer franchise rights to ERA Capital and ERA Sol. It is the first international brokerage brand to develop franchise services in Vietnam’s real estate brokerage market.

This strategic move of ERA Real Estate is to expand operation as well as increase its brokerage ability to become the leading player in Vietnam.

ERA Capital and ERA Sol will become the first members of the ERA Vietnam franchise system. They are allowed to use the ERA Real Estate brand in their brokerage and business activities. ERA Vietnam provides access to technological platforms, worldwide quality training systems, and a portfolio of projects.

ERA Vietnam boasts a portfolio of more than 40 projects for distribution and aims to increase its brokerage services to over 100 projects in 2022 through market expansion and franchise activities.

Pham Thanh Tuan, general director of ERA Vietnam said, “Following the success of the ERA Real Estate brand in Vietnam over the last few years, we are very proud to be the first foreign brokerage company to successfully execute franchising in the domestic market. We will continue ERA Real Estate's global mission to improve the competence and professionalism of brokers. We also hope to establish ourselves as a brokerage firm that provides high-quality services and is reliable, thereby contributing to the development of a more professional and transparent market."

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Jack Chua, president of APAC Realty – the owner of the ERA Real Estate brand in the Asia-Pacific region – asserted that this is a milestone rendering Vietnam one of the most potential markets in Asia.

“With nearly 40 years of experience and as one of the most successful franchise networks in the region, we do not doubt the future success of our newest member, ERA Vietnam. APAC Realty will continue to support training, networking, and experience sharing for ERA's franchisees in Vietnam."

The ERA Real Estate brand has been present in more than 40 countries, with more than 40,000 real estate agents. In the Asia-Pacific region alone, ERA Real Estate is one of the leading brokerage firms with more than 20,300 consultants. The company is one of the leading brokerage brands in the US and belongs to Realogy Group. It owns leading brands providing quality brokerage services in the US and around the world, such as Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Sotheby's, Better Homes and Garden, and Corcoran Group.
