BID: Board resolution on agreements with related parties (BIDC & Thanh Thang Group Invest)

On October 08, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) approved the draft of loan agreement among BIDV and BIDC and client Thanh Thang Group Investment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved the syndication agreement between BIDV – Ninh Binh Branch and BIDC – Ha Noi Branch and allowed BIDV – Ninh Binh Branch to use the draft of loan agreement in the capital syndication with BIDC – Ha Noi Branch to issue credit to Thanh Thang Group Investment Joint Stock Company.
