MBS: MBS to issue VND200 billion bonds

The Board of Directors of MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) approved the plan to issue bonds for the second phase in 2021 as follows:

-          Total issue value: 200,000,000,000 dongs

-          Bond term: 24 months

-          Par value: 1,000,000,000 dongs/bond

-           bond type: non-convertible, unsecured bond, without warratns

-          Interest rate: floating rate.
