The Marq, a luxury condominium project developed by Hongkong Land and An Khang, has scored a hat-trick with three prestigious 5-star Awards and two Winner Awards at the Red Carpet Awards ceremony of the Asia-Pacific Property Awards (APPA), which took place on September 7 in York city, UK.

As part of the annual International Property Awards – which was launched in 1993 to celebrate the highest levels of achievements by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry, including architecture, design, consulting, interior in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, the UK and the US, based on evaluation criteria of design, quality, translation service, innovation, uniqueness, creativity and sustainable commitment – the Asia-Pacific Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region.

The awards are judged by an independent panel comprising the industry experts and chaired by influential figures of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. The judging panel considers key factors including architecture, design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability when selecting winners in each category.
