SD1: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM

According to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated 24/9/2019, HNX announced the change of reason for trading restriction to SD1 stock as follows:
- Issuer: Song Da 1 Joint stock company
- Stock code: SD1
- Previous reason for trading restriction:
+ The company had negative  owner equity in audited financial report for fiscal year 2017
+ The auditor refused to give its opinion on 2017 Financial Statement.

+ The company did not disclose information about the audited financial statements of 2019 within 45 days as regulated and the company had no remedies to overcome the cause
(According to the Notice No.982/TB-SGDHN dated 24th August 2018 and Notice No.484/TB-SGDHN dated 25th May 2020)

 (According to point m, item 1, Article 60 of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP dated on 20/07/2012 on stipulating in detail and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of Securities Law)
- Changed reason for trading restriction:
+ The company had negative  owner equity in audited financial report for fiscal year 2019
The auditor refused to give its opinion on 2019 Financial Statement.
(According to Point b and d, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction)
 HNX shall inform normal trading resuming of SD1 after the Company has remedied the causes leading to trading restriction status according to Regulation on trading registration.
