KHP: Board resolution on loans from 30 percent of equity or more

Pursuant to Point q, Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular No.155/2015 dated October 06, 2015 by the Ministry of Finance regarding the decisions on loans from 30 percent of the owner’s equity or more, Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated May 20, 2020 approving the result of the package of credit provision for equipment purchase in 2020.
