CDC: BOD resolution dated March 27, 2020

On March 27, 2020, the Board of Directors of Chuong Duong Corporation (CDC) approved the following issues:

  1. Approval on the delay of the Annual General Meeting 2020 until the situation of Covid-19 epidemic is safely controlled, but no later than 30 June 2020. The details will be informed later.
  2. Approval of the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy as Chief Executive Officer as from March 31, 2020.
  3. Approval of the appointment of Mr. Van Minh Hoang as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as from March 31, 2020.
  4. Approval of the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hong Tuyen as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as from March 31, 2020.
  5. Approval of the appointment of Mrs. Vo Thi Diem Hang as Chief Accounting as from March 31, 2020.
  6. Approval of the appointment of Mrs. Dao Thi Thanh Nhan as Deputy Director as from March 31, 2020.
  7. Approval of the reappointment of Mr. Mai Xuan Chiem as Manager of Project Development & Investment Management Department as from March 31, 2020.
  8. Approval of the transaction between Mrs. Hoang Thi Hoai Linh, member of BOD of CDC and Tien Giang Tourist JSC.
