VCF: Board approves to sign agreements with related companies

On February 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vinacafé Bien Hoa Joint - Stock Company (hereinafter called the “Company”) approved agreements (i) between  the Company and related companies; and/or (ii) between the Company with (a) Masan Group Corporation and/or (b) the companies related to Masan Group Corporation; (iii) between the Company with (a) Masan Consumer Corporation and/or (b) the companies related to Masan Consumer Corporation; and/or (iv) between the Company with (a)  Masan Vision Co., Ltd and/or (b) the company related to Masan Vision Co., Ltd; and/or (iv) between the Company with (a)  Masan  MEATLife and/or (b) the company related to Masan MEATLife. Accordingly, the value of each agreement will be less than 35% of total assets of the Company in the latest financial statements.
