New Ace Home Center store opens in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Vina Home Shop, Ace International’s Master licensee for South Vietnam, will celebrate the Grand Opening of its first Ace Home Center store  November 22 - 24, 2019, in Ho Chi Minh City. The new Ace Home Center, located in the Van Hanh Mall in District 10, is the first do-it-yourself retail concept in Vietnam and brings Ace Hardware’s knowledgeable and helpful service paired with the best brands to help Ho Chi Minh City residents succeed with their everyday home maintenance projects.

The new Ace Home Center is a large-format store and provides over 21,000 retail square feet of products to repair, improve and decorate the home. The store has been designed to reflect the needs of the community, including everyday home maintenance solutions. The new Ace Home Center has an extensive array of high-quality products in categories such as home organization, decor, housewares, paint, lawn and garden. 

“There is an emerging market for hardware and home improvement products in Vietnam and there is tremendous potential for the growth of Ace Home Center stores,” said Mr. Sunny Purswani, a Vina Home Shop partner.

“Our mission is to provide customers with a wide assortment of quality products, a convenient shopping experience, and knowledgeable, helpful service. All of which the Ace brand is known for in the United States and around the globe,” said Hien Luong, Board of Director’s member of Vina Home Shop. “We look forward to becoming a helpful and valuable neighbor to the community, both inside and outside the walls of our store.”

The Ace Home Center is packed with thousands of essential products and supplies from local, regional and International brands such as TOA Paints, 3M Scotch, Makita, Stanley, Hafele and Philips to help people take care of their homes. Key product offerings include paint, lawn and garden, hardware, electrical, plumbing, automotive and home décor, as well as niche products such as arts and crafts, wood working, motorcycle accessories and helmets.

The grand opening festivities will take place from 9:00am -10:00pm beginning November 22 through November 24. In-store activities include Grand Opening sales, 30-50 percent discounts, giveaways, a celebrity appearance, and other promotional activities.
