Novaland takes expo to introduce a range of projects

Novaland – one of the biggest property developers in Vietnam – will hold Novaland Expo 2019 between June 13 and 16 at the Novaland model house in Mai Chi Tho Street of District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

It is expected that through this exhibition, Novaland will introduce a series of new projects with about 3,000 residential real estate and resort real estate products in Ho Chi Minh City and neighbouring provinces.

Besides offering information about its latest projects, Novaland Expo 2019 will also provide customers with useful information about the latest housing and second home market trends.

In its second phase of development, Novaland has been step-by-step developing the second home segment in promising tourist destinations in Phu Quoc, Can Tho, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Phan Thiet-Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, and Khanh Hoa.

At Novaland Expo 2019, Novaland will introduce the two mega tourism projects of NovaWorld Phan Thiet and NovaWorld Ho Tram with thousands of second home villas.

NovaWorld Phan Thiet sprawls on a total area of 1,000 hectares and will include a range of facilities such as leisure, vacation, and international sport centre.

Meanwhile, NovaWorld Ho Tram will be divided into 10 development phases. The first phase, which will take up 100 hectares, will provide second homes in a tropical style with the main amenities of restaurants, hotel, resort, water park, salt water swimming pool, and kayak centre.

Novaland is a prestigous property developer in Vietnam with less than 40 housing projects launched. Also at this exhibition, Novaland introduces some other housing projects located in District 2, 9, and Tan Phu of Ho Chi Minh City, and Aqua City – an ecological urban development project in Dong Nai province.
