Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.19 to correct Board Resolution No.16 dated May 09, 2019 regarding the implementation of stock issuance plan for the dividend payment:

The Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the 2018 dividend payment:

  1. Stock name: Stock ofTruong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company
  2. Stock type: common share
  3. Par value: VND10,000/share
  4. Charter capital before issuance: VND294,398,560,000
  5. Expected issue volume: 2,943,985 shares
  6. Total issue value (based on par value): VND29,439,850,000
  7. Charter capital after issuance: VND323,838,410,000
  8. Issue ratio: 10:01 (Those who own 10 shares will receive 01 new share)
  9. Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax
  10. Implement date: in Q2 – Q3/ 2019
  11. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
