VIS: VIS to be put into warning status

On March 11, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.56/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company (stock code: VIS) into warning status as from March 18, 2019.

Reason: The after-tax profit in 2018 was -326,252,176,277 dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit until December 31, 2018 was -326,252,176,277 dongs. This is the case of warned securities, regulated at Point b, Point c, Clause 1.1, Article 22 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
