HAN: HNX notice: Stock under supervision and trading restriction (HAN)

Pursuant to Rules on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.455/QĐ-SGDHN dated 20/06/2018, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under trading restriction:

  • Issuer: Hanoi Construction Corporation - JSC
  • Stock code: HAN
  • Par value: VND10,000/share
  • Number of shares under trading restriction: 141,048,000 shares
  • Total par value under trading restriction: VND1,410,480,000,000
  • Trading restriction: HAN can only be traded on Friday weekly.
  • Reason: The Company violated the regulations on information disclosure on stock market (delayed disclosure Reviewed FS 2018 over 45 days in accordance with the provisions of Point a, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Listing Regulations)
  • Effective date: 08/10/2018
