MHL: Move MHL shares to be under supervision and Notice of stock status

 On 31/1/2024, HNX announces that the following stock will be put under alert as follows:
-       Issuer: Minh Huu Lien Joint Stock Company
-       Stock code: MHL
-       Securities type: common stock
-       Reason: The company was late in submit audited Financial statement for fiscal year ended at 30/9/2023 over 30 working days since due date.
-       Applicable regulation: Clause g, Point 1, Article 38 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
-       Effective date: 6/2/2024
-       The company must to send the explanation to HNX along with solving plan and roadmap to overcome the above situation.
Otherwises, HNX also announces that MHL shares are also being under supervision based on Decision 52/QD-SGDHN, trading restriction based on Decision 890/QD-SGDHN and trading suspension based on Decision 891/QD-SGDHN of HNX.
