MHL: Maintain MHL shares to be under trading restriction and Notice of stock status

 On 21/2/2024, HNX announces that the following stock will be maintain under trading restriction as follows:
-       Issuer: Minh Huu Lien Joint Stock Company
-       Stock code: MHL
-       Securities type: common stock
-       Reason: The company was late in submit audited Financial statement for fiscal year ended at 30/9/2023 over 45 working days since due date.
-       Trading restriction: Only be traded on Friday
-       Applicable regulation: Clause a, Point 1, Article 39 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
-       Effective date: 26/2/2024
-       The company must to send the explanation to HNX along with solving plan and roadmap to overcome the above situation.
Otherwises, HNX also announces that MHL shares are also being under trading restriction based on Decision 83/QD-SGDHN and trading suspension based on Decision 891/QD-SGDHN of HNX.
