On 23/1/2024, pursuant to Decision No. 230/TB-SGDHN, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) officially admitted the compulsory delisting of the following stock:

  • Issuer: Dzi An Mechanoelectric Joint Stock Company
  • Stock code: DZM
  • Securities type: common stock
  • Par value: VND 10,000/share
  • Volume of delisted shares: 5,395,985 shares
  • Value of delisted shares (by par value): VND 53,959,850,000
  • Delisting date: 31/1/2024
  • Last trading day at HNX: 30/1/2024
  • Reason for the delisting: DZM is being canceled to be listed because the share has no transaction on HNX in 12 months and the company seriously violated the obligation to disclose information. According to the provisions of Point o and d, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP, it is a compulsory delisting case.
