On December 12, 2023 Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) officially admitted the compulsory delisting of the following stock:
  • Issuer: Tan Ky Construction and Real Estate Trading Corporation 
  • Securities type: common share
  • Stock code: TKC
  • Par value: VND 10,000/share
  • Volume of delisted shares: 15,674,712 shares
  • Value of delisted shares (by par value): VND156,747,120,000
  • Delisting date: December 22, 2023
  • Last trading day at HNX: December 21, 2023
  • Reason for the delisting: The Company is forced into delisting out of serious violations on information disclosure and failure to fulfill financial obligations to HNX under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government detailing the enforcement of a number of articles of the Law on Securities.
