PGV: Resolution on the AGM in 2023

On June 15, 2023, Power Generation Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

  1. The AGM approved the business result in 2022:

-          Total revenue:       46,382 billion dongs

-          Total expenses:     43,681 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:      2,701 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:         2,207 billion dongs.

  1. The AGM approved the business plan for 2023:

-          Total revenue:       48,456 billion dongs

-          Total expenses:     45,985 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:   2,472 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:        2,068 billion dongs

-          Dividend:                 11%.

  1. The AGM approved the profit distribution plan for 2023:

-          Appropriation to Investment and Development fund: 20% profit after tax

-          Appropriation to Reward and Welfare fund: 3 months average salary of employee

-          To pay cash dividend: no less than 11%.

  1. The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022.
