Phat Dat (PDR) named as Top 10 Real Estate Investor

Phat Dat (HSX: PDR) has just been named on the list of the 2023 Top 10 Real Estate Investors as announced by Vietnam Report on April 7.

Phat Dat Real Estate Development ranks 5th in the list, up one place from last year. Other prominent names in the Top 10 are Vinhomes, Nam Long, Ecopark Group, Khang Dien House Trading and Investment, Ha Do Group, Phu My Hung Development, DIG Corp, Van Phu Invest, and An Gia Real Estate Development and Investment.

Vietnam Report has conducted independent research based on scientific and objective principles to recognise and honour the outstanding businesses of the real estate industry. These businesses have achieved several achievements in providing products to customers and creating an impressive brand in the eyes of the public and investors.

Real estate businesses have faced economic difficulties over the past year, from the Covid-19 pandemic, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, raw material price fluctuations, escalating inflation, and interest rate hikes. Despite the challenges, these investors have shown solid performances with stable financial capacity and resilience.

Among them, Phat Dat maintains its core activities with its flagship products and projects. In 2022, the company's stability was reflected in important indicators such as total assets, equity, charter capital, net profit margin, and gross profit margin.

To cope with the challenges in the market, Phat Dat has implemented a proactive strategy of restructuring its finances and products. The company has adopted flexible financial solutions to meet the genuine requirements of customers. The company also focuses on promising projects with a lot of market appeal. In addition, Phat Dat has available land of more than 5,836 hectares, mainly in localities with complete infrastructure and traffic connections such as Danang, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, and Phu Quoc.

Phat Dat is gaining a reputation as a professional and sustainable real estate developer that brings valuable products to customers and contributes to the national economy. Previously, Phat Dat was also voted the Top 10 best working environment in the real estate industry in 2022. This evaluation and recognition in the prestigious Vietnam Report rankings once again proves Phat Dat's position in the real estate industry.
