CMG: Completing the transfer of shares of Agribank in CMC

  On February 13, 2023, Agribank sent an Official Dispatch to announce that Agribank completed the transfer of contributed capital of Agribank in CMC Corporation (stock code: CMG). Accordingly, the transfer volume of 4,036,040 shares with 60,616 dongs/share and total transfer amount of VND244,650,241,350 compared to the initial investment capital of VND156,000,000,000. After the transfer completed, Agribank owns 0 share.
