VIC: Vinfast Singapore to submit the listing document to SEC

On December 07, 2022, VINGROUP Joint Stock Company announced that Vinfast Trading & Investment Pte. Ltd (Vinfast Singapore) – a subsidiary of Vingroup which was legally incorporated and operated in Singapore. Accordingly, Vinfast Singapore has officially submitted a listing application under form F1 to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the issuance and public offering of shares on the NASDAQ stock exchange in the US.
