KDC: Notice of buying TAC shares phase 2

KIDO Group Corporation announces TAC shares bought back in phase 2 as follows:

-   Object: existing shareholders owning TAC shares after 19 May 2022, excluding existing shareholders of Vietname Vegetable Oils Industry Corporation (Vocarimex) & KIDO Group Corporation.

-   Estimated volume: 3,910,296 shares (11.54% of TAC shares)

-   Offering price: negotiated between both parties and based on 60,015 dongs/ share

-   Registration time: 13 – 20 June 2022
