  1. Members of BOD:

-          Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan:           Chairman of BOD

-          Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung:        member of BOD

-          Mr. Trinh The Phuong:           member of BOD

-          Mrs. Ho Viet Ha:                    member of BOD

-          Mr. Tran Tuan Anh:               member of BOD

  1. Members of Supervisory Board:

-          Mr. Nguyen Van Nhiem:        Head of Supervisory Board

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi An:             member of Supervisory Board

-          Mr. Bui The Anh:                   member of Supervisory Board.

  1. Effective from April 28, 2022.
  2. The resignation of Mr. Pham Anh Duc as member of BOD of the Company from April 28, 2022.
