EZ Land appoints UniHomes as main agent for HCM City apartment project

EZ Land Development and Investment JSC has appointed UniHomes Real Estate JSC as the main distribution agent for its HausBelo apartment project in HCM City’s District 9.

HausBelo has three blocks with 888 units, with standard facilities such as multi-purpose sports court, swimming pool, children’s playground, BBQ area to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for all residents.

Do Ngoc Olivier Dung, CEO of EZ Land, said UniHomes is a professional real estate distributor with over 10 years’ experience in the market and is one of the leading distributors in the south and HCM City with a strong business network.

“We are co-operating closely with them both for sales and marketing to explain our products [to customers] because we are a bit different from the other projects in the city: we focus on the green aspect of the building, so we need a partner who understands that and conveys the message to the customers.”

He said there is high demand in District 9 from buyers who want to buy apartments to live in because they see the place developing as a new urban area and there is also a lack of supply there.

EZ Land, backed by European funds, plans to build 3,000-5,000 apartments a year for the next three to five years.
