BVH: Decision on tax penalties and transaction with related company

Bao Viet Holdings (BVH) announces the following contents:

  1. On December 26, 2018, The Board approved to sell the corporate bond to Bao Viet Insurance Corporation (a subsidiary of BVH) owned 100% charter capital by BVH.
  2. Bao Viet Holdings received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ha Noi City regarding the tax penalty in 2017 and 2018 as follows:

-          In 20017: VND299,443,290

-          In 2018: VND532,294,955.
