Pink books issued for HOLM riverfront villas in HCM City

Sapphire JSC said it has received pink books certifying house ownership and land use rights for its HOLM Residences riverfront villas in HCM City’s District 2.

The project comprises 11 riverfront, 12 garden, four pool, and one detached villas.

The riverfront villas are available for sale at VND132 billion (over US$5.6 million) on average, which is thought to be among the most expensive residential development in the country.

For several reasons, pink books are not obtained and handed over to owners by many housing projects in Viet Nam though houses are sold and occupied.

With the pink books available already, the riverfront villas are expected to attract wealthy buyers, the company said.

“The process of obtaining the pink books for our residents has taken great time and effort but has also been extremely rewarding,” David Bedingfield, Sapphire’s joint managing director, said.

The garden and pool villas were sold out shortly after launch.

Each of the 11 riverfront villas has 600 square metres of space with uninterrupted views of the Saigon River.

In addition to 350 square metres of garden, the five-bedroom homes also have en-suite facilities, a home office, a family room, separate wet and dry kitchens, a double-height living room, basement with laundry room, two maids’ quarters, and a three-car garage.

“Our final set of HOLM villas sits on the last prominent stretch of land in Thao Dien, guaranteeing exclusive riverfront views and tranquillity not found elsewhere in the city,” Bedingfield said.
