HOSE received the initial listing registration documents of Licogi14 Joint Stock Company (Licogi 14) as follows:

-       Name of company: Licogi14 Joint Stock Company

-       Short name: Licogi 14

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: 100,000 dongs/bond

-       Registered volume: 14,949,180 shares (instead of 14,999,180 shares)

-       Reason for adjustment: 50,000 shares, equivalent to VND500million is the capital contribution of the "LICOGI" brand of Development and Infrastructure Construction Corporation that the company will register the additional listing after the guidance of the competent unit.
