CSV: CSV to halt the divestment at Vietnam Phosphorus JSC

On November 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company approved to halt the divestment at Viet Nam Phosphorus Joint Stock Company.

Reason: Because Viet Nam Phosphorus Joint Stock Company is not qualified to sell shares in accordance with the law.
