V Home delivers the best properties Vietnam has to offer to Hong Kong

V Home, the first Vietnamese property agency with three offices in Hong Kong, has seen fast growth in the last year, with increasing international sales.

Established on June 2017, V Home has headquarters at 27B Nguyen Huu Huan Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. The company has extended its reach to foreign markets with strong presence in Hong Kong. After one year of operation, V Home has increased the number of its branch offices to five, three of which are located in Hong Kong’s major administrative centres like Central, Sheung Wan, and Kowloon. V Home is providing mid- and high-end real estate projects to the markets.

According to the representative of V Home, the company was set up to seize opportunities in Vietnam’s fast-growing real estate market, which is opening the doors for foreign investors and buyers. The real estate market is also stimulated by new infrastructure projects and rapid urbanization, while housing prices in Vietnam are only one-tenth of those in Hong Kong.

Furthermore, rates of return in Vietnam are higher than in neighbouring counties like Thailand and Cambodia. Therefore, most of V Home's projects have achieved a healthy take-up with impressive sales performance. V Home has so far supplied five quality developments in Hanoi to investors and homebuyers in Hong Kong. These projects include D'. Capitale, D.' El Dorado II Phu Thanh, My Dinh Pearl, Vinhome West Point, and Vinhome GreenBay.

Most recently, V Home has unveiled its second office in Hanoi at 140 Trung Hoa Street in September. At the event, V Home has organised a contract signing ceremony with foreign buyers of D'. El Dorado II Phu Thanh. The project, developed by Tan Hoang Minh Group, is highly popular among customers due to its prime location within five minutes’ walk from West Lake. The event saw the participation of the representative of the Vietnamese Consulate in Hong Kong, the developer, and many potential buyers.

With these achievements, V Home was invited to speak at numerous conferences and television shows. Hong Kong's famous television station Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) Hong Kong has visited Vietnam to film a documentary on the development of Hanoi's property market. Furthermore, V Home has organised seminars on every weekend to update information and provide consultancy for buyers.

Most of the projects V Home has brought to the markets are sure-fire investments for both homebuyers and investors as they boast a prime location, prestigious developer, and best-in-class amenities like four-season swimming pools. On top of that, these projects are expected to become ideal homes for the expatriate community in Vietnam, with convenient access to foreign organisations, shopping malls, international schools, and restaurants.

V Home aims to deliver high-quality projects that cater to the most sophisticated local and foreign buyers with a full range of amenities and a top-notch living experience. The projects are well-endowed with amenities, landscaping, and security to ensure the best living standards in the country. V Home currently targets foreign buyers and investors, who account for 95 per cent of its customer portfolio.

As the first Vietnamese real estate company with three offices in Hong Kong, V Home was honoured to pick up the Best Overseas Property Agency Vietnam in Hong Kong title for its achievements at the Best of The Best Awards 2018. The award recognises individuals and organisations that have made a significant contribution to Hong Kong’s real estate industry. Winning this award is a testament to V Home’s efforts to offer the best and most attractive projects. It also reflects V Home’s reputation and responsibility to customers.

Moving forward, V Home plans to open more branches in large cities and provinces across Vietnam. In addition to residential developments, V Home is accelerating its efforts to deliver hospitality projects to meet the rising demand of foreign buyers. The company is committed to providing the most attractive developments with the best services to foreign buyers so that they can enjoy the best of cosmopolitan life in Vietnam.
