Freshly launched Alpha City sets new standards of luxury living

International real estate developer Alpha King has just launched Alpha City—a premium property complex in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City—at an event on October 8 in front of 750 visitors.

According to Alpha King, this is one of the leading projects which will be built in the most modern style to ensure metropolitan living, working, and leisure. Located at a golden location of District 1, apart from high-end facilities and unique architecture inspired by Vietnamese culture, Alpha City is a high-end property project which helps improve the living and working standards of its future residents.

The complex consists of a 35-storey Grade A office building named Alpha Town and two, 49- and 40-storey buildings reserved for high-end apartments under the Alpha Hill brand, and an 8-storey Alpha Mall trade centre.

Alpha Hill is a gentle combination of modern styles and art, but carries distinct traditional characteristics. The complex’s design was derived from the Vietnamese traditional dress, the Ao dai and the street art of Ho Chi Minh City.

Located right at the golden triangle of Tran Hung Dao, Pham Ngu Lao, and Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, this project will bring residents and tenants a luxury space fully kitted out with premium equipment and facilities.

Also at the event, Alpha King officially announced the launching of the sales of apartments at Alpha Hill. Around 400 one-, two-, and three-bedroom, dual key, and penthouse units were sold out at this first launching.

Highly appreciated not only for its golden venue at the heart of District 1, Alpha Hill attracts investors with its premium facilities and amenities, unique design, and interiors. The good sales right at the launch shows the attractiveness of Alpha Hill in particular and Alpha City in general, which are now touted as one of the most interesting projects in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to Jimmy Chan, CEO of Alpha King, the company believed that it can set up a new standard of premium living in Ho Chi Minh City and lay the foundations for developing Ho Chi Minh City into a world city.

“We are not only building high-rise buildings or trade centres, we want to bring a warm home and a community where residents can exchange ideas, communicate, and enjoy life. Alpha King wants to introduce a new living style to the different generations of Vietnam and bring Vietnam’s properties onto the world level,” said Chan.

Movie director Ngo Thanh Van, an Alpha citizen, said that Alpha City was an exemplary property project which meets the demands of living and working in one space. “This space if perfect for people who prefer to communicate with others and have busy life like me. Being an Alpha citizen, I believe that Alpha City will be a new landmark for flexible and stylish living in Ho Chi Minh City,” Van said.

Alpha King is a foreign-invested company which has been mainly developing multifunctional property projects, from Grade A office buildings and trade centres to premium apartments. The company has more than 100 property experts from 12 different countries, with in-depth experiences and knowledge on consultancy, design, and management of real estate projects. These experts have been working all across the globe, from Hong Kong and Australia to the US.
