TV2: Change in the Notice of record date for 2018 dividend advance by shares

On 20 Sep 2018, Power Engineering Consulting JSC 2 announced the change in the Notice of record date for 2018 dividend advance by shares as follows:
Before the change:
For example: on the record date of shareholder list for receiving the dividend payment right by shares, shareholder A holds 22 shares. With the exercise right of 5%, shareholder A receives 22 x 5% = 23.1 shares; due to the rounding method, shareholder A receives 23 shares.
After the change:
For example: on the record date of shareholder list for receiving the dividend payment right by shares, shareholder A holds 22 shares. With the exercise right of 5%, shareholder A receives 22 x 5% = 1.1 shares; due to the rounding method, shareholder A receives 1 share; the fractional share (0.1) will be deleted.
