Novaland names distributors for new condo project in downtown HCM City
Novaland has announced that MLand, TatiLand and MGLand are the official distributors of The Grand Manhattan, a new apartment project in HCM City’s District 1.
Novaland is the developer of the project while the investor is Dat Viet Development Joint Stock Company.
The Grand Manhattan is situated on an area of around 1.4ha with two sides overlooking the main streets.
The project, to have 1,000 condos, is next to September 23 Park and close to the five-star hotels in the heart of the city, Novaland said.
Its construction density is under 50 per cent, according to the developers, who said it would have many amenities like two swimming pools, a play yard for kids, a BBQ area, and entertainment places.
Novaland has developed over 40 projects in the country pning houses, villas, condos, offices, urban areas and resorts. The company has so far brought over 26,000 products to the market.
MLand, TatiLand, MGLand are well-known companies in distributing property products.
The development of The Grand Manhattan comes at a time when supply in the heart of city is limited while demand for luxury condos has been rising relentlessly.
The project will be sold in the last quarter of this year.
