NLG: Decision on the change of listing

On September 20, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.366/QD-SGDHCM to allow Nam Long Investment Corporation (securities code: NLG) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 209,895,947 shares

-      Additional volume: 1,680,616 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND16,806,160,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 211,576,563 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND2,115,765,630,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: September 24, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
