Ha Noi to build 48.5-hectare urban area in Bac Tu Liem

Ha Noi People’s Committee has approved a 1:500 scale plan of Vibex urban area which covers more than 48.5 hectares in Bac Tu Liem District with a population of 7,000.

 

The urban area will stretch through three wards, including Duc Thang, Dong Ngac and Thuy Phuong. It will be developed by Ha Noi Concrete Construction Joint Stock Company.

Ha Noi People’s Committee asked the developer in coordination with the district’s People’s Committee and the municipal Department of Planning and Architecture to make public the approved plan.

The city plans to develop Vibex as a modern urban area with adequate infrastructure and good connectivity to meet the requirements of sustainable urban development and housing demand while enhancing living standards of residents.
