HCD: Change of the first 2017 dividend payment time

On August 17, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1070/TB-SGDHCM about the change of the first 2017 dividend payment time of HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company as follows:

-   Ex-right date: July 13, 2018

-   Record date: July 16, 2018

  1. Reason & purpose: to pay first cash dividend for 2017.
  2. Content:

-   Exercise ratio: 6%/par value (600 dongs/share)

-   Payment date: October 31, 2018 (instead of August 20, 2018)

-   Reason for change: the company needs more time to arrange funds for dividend payment.
