HAG: Information on cooperation between HAGL and THACO

On August 03, 2018, Truong Hai Auto Corporation (THACO) signed the strategic cooperation agreements with HAGL Joint Stock Company (HAG) for investment in two subsidiaries which is Hoang Anh Gia Lai International Agriculture Joint Stock Company (HAGL Agrico) and Hoang Anh Development House and Construction Joint Stock Company (HAGL Land). Accordingly, on August 08, 2018, Truong Hai Auto Corporation and HAGL Joint Stock Company approved the agreement contents:

-       THACO and shareholders owns 35% capital of HAGL Agrico with total investment capital will more than VND3,800 billion.

-       THACO via the subsidiary (Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company) owns 65% capital of HAGL Land with total investment capital will  more than VND4,000 billion.

-       THACO commits that the company will restructure the loans of approximately VND14,000 billion, and to mobilize the investment capital in the care of the area planted with fruit trees, to expand the area of fruit trees and to continue to invest in the phase 2 of Myanmar project.
