Hattha Kaksekar Limited increased its capital to US$150 million

Having been in the market for more than 20 years, with its vision to help its clients to succeed in their businesses by providing suitable financial services to contribute to the economic development of Cambodia and fulfill the needs of customer as well as to develop wide range of financial services, Hattha Kaksekar Limited recently has injected a new added capital of US$ 45 million, thus make its total capital hit to US$ 150 million.

This capital is another new investment from Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri), a member of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), Japan’s largest banking group; and one of the largest and most diversified financial groups in the world. Via this investment, it illustrates the strong belief of Krungsri to the leadership and management of HKL to move itself to the next higher level and serve more people after acquiring HKL in 2016. Krungsri also hopes this will help contribute the economic development of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Okhna Hout Ieng Tong, President and CEO of HKL expressed that this newly added capital of USD 45 million will allow HKL to continue to grow and maintain its strong leading base in the country and fulfill HKL vision and mission. More importantly, this achievement would help HKL not only guarantee its business sustainability, but also ensure trustworthiness for HKL’s customers, investors, and the public. These achievement cannot be reached without support of related stakeholders.
