VV Mall Danang appoints JLL as exclusive marketing and leasing agent

JLL has entered a partnership with VV Mall Shopping Centre, the luxury shopping centre to launch in the central city of Danang in the second quarter of 2019. JLL will be the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for this project.

According to Lisheng Weng, chairman of VV Mall Shopping Centre, the decision to appoint JLL as the exclusive agent of VV Mall was based not only on their renowned expertise in retail leasing, but also their integrated marketing experience which will be essential to create a successful platform.

“I am convinced that this partnership will deliver an unforgettable shopping experience in Danang in the near future,” said Weng.

JLL Vietnam country head Stephen Wyatt commented that Danang has witnessed a significant increase in tourism over the past few years and VV Mall will provide a truly international shopping mall experience that has yet to be seen in Danang.

Located on the highway from Danang to Hoi An with 35,000 square metres of leasable space, VV Mall will offer a wide array of brands to appeal to the retail appetite of locals and tourists alike.

This includes renowned fashion brands, international duty free stores, and restaurants with various cuisines.

Notably, VV Mall is connected to Crowne Plaza Danang and will offer the beachfront to its guests. Based on the design concept that ‘Shopping while travelling and travelling while shopping,’ VV Mall will become one of the must-visit places in Danang for both domestic and international guests.
