TMS: Decision on the change of listing

On June 01, 2018, HOSE issued a decision to allow Transimex Corporation (securities code: TMS) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 34,564,342 shares

-      Additional volume: 8,637,656 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND 86,376,560,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 43,201,998 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND 432,019,980,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: June 05, 2018

-      Reason for the change: to issue shares for dividend payment for 2016.
