HPI: Notice of the shares public offer

On 07 May 2018, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Company announced Notice of the shares public offer as follows:
On 16 Apr 2018, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam received the Document No. 313/2018/TB-HIPC-TGD issued on 12 Apr 2018 on postponing the shares public offer of Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (Stock code: HPI) and supplemented documents issued on 04 May 2018. After considering, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam has these following opinions:
  1. Require the Company to announcing information about postponing the shares public offer (as the Shares public offer registration certificate No. 13/GCN-UBCK issued on 27 Feb 2018) according to the Annual General Mandate 2018 No. 28/2018/NQ-HIPC-DHDCDTN issued on 18 Mar 2018.
  2. In case the Company continuing the shares public offer, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam requires the Company to registering with the State Securities Commission of Vietnam as rules at Article 13 of the Securities Law.
Moreover, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam requires the Company to committing and taking responsibilities on complains, sues relating to postponing the shares public offer.
