DIC: BODs Resolution No.02-2018 _ 22 May 2018

DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company announces Resolution No.02-2018 dated May 22, 2018 as follows:

1)    Approving to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Meeting time: 8:00AM, Friday, June 15, 2018

-          Meeting venue: Metropole Conference Center, 216 Ly Chinh Thang, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

-          Content:

+ The report on the business result in 2017 and plan for 2018.

+ The report on the Board of Directors activities in 2017.

+ The report from the Supervisory Board in 2017.

+ The audited financial statements in 2017.

+ The profit distribution, dividend payment in 2017 and plan for 2018.

+ The selection of the audit firm to audit financial statements in 2018.

+ The remuneration of BODs and Supervisory Board in 2018.

+ Other issues.

2)    Approving to withdraw 6,209,756,000 dongs, equivalent to 443,554 shares at the price of 14,000 dongs/share from Building Materials Joint Stock Company No.720.
