Vingroup named most prestigious real estate investor

Property developer Vingroup has topped the list of best real estate investors countrywide.

The poll featuring the best 10 in the country was released by the Viet Nam Report, and this is the third consecutive year Vingroup has claimed the top spot.

The ranking is based on the results of its independent and objective research of Viet Nam Report Joint Stock Company.

The criteria include financial capacity, business credibility in the media, online survey of customers, comments by expert groups in the sector and the results survey of research subjects.

In terms of financial capacity, Vingroup last year achieved consolidated net sales of VND89.35 trillion (US$3.92 billion), a year-on-year increase of 55.1 per cent. In the stock market, Vingroup has the biggest capitalisation in the country with a total amount of up to US$13.62 billion.

To date, Vingroup has implemented 44 projects nationwide with the total sales of 12,979 units in 2017, worth around VND82.01 trillion.

Vingroup’s projects are in many key provinces and cities nationwide, implemented in accordance with the progress and quality of commitment.

Le Khac Hiep, vice chairman of Vingroup, said its goal is to continuously create high quality real estate products, bringing the international standard of living to customers in Viet Nam.

Not only recognised locally, Vinhomes - Vingroup’s real estate brand - is also highly appreciated by international organisations.
